A digital transformation that blends premium design with seamless functionality for one of Chelsea’s standout pubs.

We partnered with The Boundary SW6, a modern pub on King’s Road, Chelsea, to deliver a complete website redesign that reflected its refurbishment and premium brand. The new site combines contemporary design, professional photography, and local SEO optimisation, while retaining the existing booking system for smooth operations. The result is a stylish, welcoming digital presence that drives visibility, bookings, and customer engagement.

The Objective

The Boundary SW6, a modern pub on the iconic King’s Road in Chelsea, wanted a complete website redesign that reflected its recent refurbishment and premium hospitality offering. The aim was to showcase the pub’s great food, drinks, and standout outdoor space, while also improving local SEO visibility for searches like “pub lunch,” “Chelsea pub garden,” and “great atmosphere.”

Challenge

The existing website was outdated and neglected, failing to capture the investment and energy put into the refurbishment. The new site needed to:

  • Represent the premium, welcoming brand experience.
  • Integrate the existing booking system connected to the EPOS payment system.
  • Maintain consistency with printed menus and promotional materials.
  • Provide an inviting online showcase of the pub’s offers and story.

Approach

We developed a fully refreshed website design, aligning digital branding with the pub’s offline materials for a consistent and premium look. Our strategy focused on:

  • Designing with a contemporary, luxury feel that remained approachable.
  • Highlighting the pub’s menu, events, and offers in a clear, engaging way.
  • Incorporating professional photography to capture the atmosphere and hospitality.
  • Retaining the existing booking technology for seamless integration with operations.
  • Optimising the site for local search visibility.

What We Did

  • Delivered a complete rebrand and website redesign.
  • Created consistency across print and digital marketing.
  • Implemented photography that captured the food, drinks, and welcoming environment.
  • Enhanced usability with a simple navigation flow and booking function.
  • Structured content around “what’s on” and the founders’ story, reinforcing authenticity.

Results

The new website successfully communicates the Boundary SW6 brand: premium, stylish, and welcoming. It presents the pub as a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. The client praised the smooth communication, fast turnaround, and strong end result. Importantly, the new system also empowers their internal team with training to easily update menus, events, and news.

Client Feedback

The Boundary SW6 team was delighted with the outcome, noting both the elevated design and the ongoing support, making this a genuine working partnership.

Next Steps

The partnership continues with ongoing system improvements and content updates to keep the website fresh, engaging, and aligned with the pub’s evolving offers.
